As part of Protective's ongoing efforts to protect our customers' and agents' information and ensure standard security protocols across all our websites, as of December 12, 2022, we have implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) for those who access EZ-App via the EZ-App website at ezapp.protective.com/agent/login.
MyProtective.com already has MFA, and this new solution to EZ-App's webpage mimics the same experience.
Anticipated questions may occur related to multiple users utilizing one email address to access EZ-App. Primary account users will need to register new users or set up sub-user accounts as part of this new security solution.
