- Velocity customer portal: Protective is launching a new Velocity capability focused primarily on our life policy applicants: a customer portal. In the first release, customers will be able to:
- Complete the online Part II medical questionnaire
- eSign and submit application
- Schedule paramed exams
- Review status and next steps
- Accept a policy
- Improvements to EPD: The electronic policy delivery (EPD) will soon relaunch with a fresh look and new user experience for most products. Protective® Strategic Objectives II VUL will be added soon.
