You gave feedback – and we listened! Protective will soon update our contact strategy to allow customers more flexibility and time to complete their life insurance interview either online or with TeleLife.
We will no longer expire the digital Part II application after five days, and we will move from a five- to 15-day outreach strategy to engage the customer via multiple communication methods. After 15 days, the application will remain on the online portal to complete, but we will no longer contact the customer.
