Our new self-service customer portal has launched

From the new Protective Velocity customer portal, clients can schedule interviews, check policy status and submit and sign applications – all in one place.
Protective® continues to innovate our application process to include more customer-facing capabilities. Because we know that as technology evolves, so do the habits and needs of customers. That’s why we built the new Protective Velocity Customer Portal – a place where customers can:
- Complete their online part II medical questionnaires
- Electronically sign and submit applications
- Schedule paramedical examinations
- Review their policy status and next steps
- Accept their policies
These capabilities are now available online and in one place for the customer’s convenience. After the underwriting decision has been finalized, the customer can now accept their policies electronically in the customer portal.
