• Improvements to our Pending site: We heard your feedback and are making some updates to our Pending site, making it easier to do business with us and providing clear next steps on what you and your customers can expect with the life insurance application process. We will soon provide more information related to when an application package is outstanding in the Requirements section of Pending. We will also continue to send follow-up communications to the customer to complete the application and submit forms.
