Protective is pleased to announce that eligibility for our Voice Signature process has been expanded. Key updates include:

• Applications with our ExtendCare Rider are now eligible.
• The previous age limit of 70 has been removed (note: there is still an age limit for 65+ at $1 million and above).
• The face amount limit has been increased from $3 million to $5 million.

We're updating our marketing materials to reflect these changes and will share those with you when available. In the meantime, our updated list of Voice Signature exclusions are:

• Face amounts $5 million and above
• Customers aged 65 and older with face amounts $1 million and above
• If the owner is a company or trust
• If the proposed insured is a minor
• If the proposed insured is not the payor
• If a customer applies for our Children's Term Rider or Income Provider Option
• Foreign national — non-green card holders
• Spanish-speaking applicants
• New York applications
