We want to make submitting life insurance business easy and efficient every step of the way. Here are a few tips to help ensure accuracy and reduce errors when you're completing life insurance applications.
- Use Adobe e-sign digitally as designed through Velocity's TeleLife. We sometimes see that the e-sign packages have been printed and wet signed, and the dates do not match the HIPAA authorization, which we cannot accept. Using the Adobe application to digitally sign will ensure that the dates match up.
- If you drop a Velocity ticket to TeleLife through one of our online application platforms, the proper forms get packed and sent to customers for digital signature. There is no need to send us a paper application as well.
