Submit term conversion applications electronically
We offer policyholders who own a qualifying life insurance policy the ability to convert or exchange their policy to an eligible Protective permanent insurance option without providing evidence of insurability. Now, you can submit term conversion applications through Velocity EZ-App.

Beginning July 1, paper applications will be discontinued in New York
Due to New York filing requirements, we will move to a fully digital/online application submission process for most New York state approved Protective products, effective July 1, 2023.
