Protective Velocity's digital Part II now automatically opts-in clients
We will now automatically opt clients in to complete our online medical questionnaire, with the ability and flexibility to opt-out and utilize our TeleLife team to answer the Part II questions over the phone. This includes EZ-App, iPipeline, and other platforms as launched.

Protective now requires multi-factor authentication for direct link EZ-App users
As Protectors of customer and producer data, your login experience to EZ-App via the website at ezapp.protective.com/agent/login now contains multi-factor authentication. This aligns with our security standards across all Protective website domains that require login credentials.
